"Élu Service Client de l’Année 2024": a 4th trophy for Transavia with BlueLink!

And that makes four! This year, Transavia France, a BlueLink partner for over 15 years, once again came out on top at the Élu Service Client de l’Année awards!

The airline won the coveted trophy in the ‘collective passenger transport’ category. This is the fourth accolade for the BlueLink teams, who are proud to manage Transavia’s customer service team dedicated to providing excellent service.

The Élu Service Client de l’Année award has become a benchmark in the customer relations sector. In mid-November, on the stage at Le Trianon in Paris, it highlighted French companies offering the best omnichannel customer experiences. Each company was tested by mystery shoppers and rated according to factual criteria, such as personalisation, waiting times, quality of response, etc. In the ‘collective passenger transport’ category, Transavia France stood out from its competitors and confirmed its commitment to excellent customer service! The reward acts as a guarantee of quality and reliability for its passengers, and is a source of great pride for BlueLink’s customer relations teams!
