Dictée de la Relation Client: BlueLink takes gold!

BlueLink won the Gold award at the first edition of the Dictée de la Relation Client (Customer Relations Dictation) in France.

On Friday 6 October, as part of the Customer Relations Week organised by the Association Française de la Relation Client (the French Customer Relations Association), BlueLink won the gold award in the Service Provider category in the first edition of the Dictée de la Relation Client. Dedicated to all French players in the field of customer experience, the aim of this event is to showcase companies that take care of their written documents and the relation with their clients.  

Organised by Orthodidacte and Sens du Client, the initiative brought together 33 companies and service providers, representing a total of 1,368 candidates. Written by French spelling champion Guillaume Terrien and read by mentalist Fabien Olicard, this dictation was not short of subtleties and traps. 

Frank Legré, the group's CEO, enthusiastically welcomed the victory, pointing out that "in an online context, the most important tool for creating links is language! It is therefore vital to be able to pick the right words, both in writing and speaking, to forge quality relationships on a daily basis. With this deep conviction, we are delighted to have been able to promote editorial excellence! It's a great source of pride, and an individual and collective achievement!”
